Documenting different stdlibs I've used and why/why not.

===== glibc =====
The norm. I don't want to use it because I don't like GNU.

===== musl =====
Nothing to say about it. Alpine uses it so it's probably good.

===== Fil-C =====
Not used it. seemed cool but idk. repo has a claude.md file :(

===== Cosmopolitan C =====
Seems alright but the author is big into AI :(

uclibc - OpenWRT uses it i think
newlib - unsure who uses it
klibc - Linux kernel i think
dietlibc - Unsure who uses it
